The Solar Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with solar installations and maintenance, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels and related equipment.
- Conduct regular system inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide support and training to junior technicians as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring and schematics.
- Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools.
