• Ensures smooth production by reducing man-made defects and man-made scrap of designated line with the help of efficient Root-Cause Analysis.
• Training and supervision of Key Station workers regarding material handling and defects.
• Training of Full-skilled workers, Technicians and Production Engineers regarding the defect prone stations & materials according to specific model issue log.
• Conduct day-end assembly of line workers to communicate top 3 defects & daily line scrap if it exceeds the threshold value.
• Pre-production process confirmation to prevent systematic and standard based errors.
• Follow first two article to inspect and validate all Process requirements.
• Improve daily line RTY by controlling scanned & un-scanned defects.
• Return material according to the judgment of man-made and incoming to ensure smooth transaction between material warehouse and assembly line.
• Maintain unbind data log for designated line.
• Coordinate with Equipment department for MES related errors.
• Support ME team to resolve high repetition-based errors of machine.
• For Major abnormalities, assess the case with respect to DMAIC and 4M1E. Conclude a summary with responsible and relevant factors, communicate with responsible department to resolve it on given timeline
