Lead and Train Asst Machine Engineers team to achieve Machine FPY, reducing Machine and Equipment Damage Rate and Machine and Equipment Breakdown time.
Lead and Train Fixture Room Operator to control Consumable items issuance, Scrap rate and repair procedure.
Development of plan and objectives, combined with departmental monthly performance and management ideas, evaluate and update KPI indicators according to development, motivate employees’ skills and serve the company better.
Formulate and monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly departmental key work plan.
Organize the purchase, selection and control of equipment, tools, and spare parts.
Analyze major Machine and equipment abnormality and develop improvement
measures.
Responsible for making process of maintenance of Equipment’s and machines.
Develop and lead the training plan and training documents of various position in
team and assessment work for internal reserve personnel and new employees.
Improve interdepartmental and intradepartmental communication.
Organize and complete equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, transfer
and daily management.
To test the statistical analysis, error analysis and improvement.
Organize internal communication meetings and activities regularly to enhance team
cohesion.
To be responsible for the specific implementation of safety hazards and inspection
of hazard on different test and machine stations.
