The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in managing solar projects, and small and large-scale projects in the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Oversee procurement and resource allocation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Projects, Primavera).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the solar industry.
