• Conduct routine line audits to assess production controls and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records including quality reports, inventories, statistical data, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure the inspection work is normal and effective, pay attention to the abnormalities occurring on the production line, collect relevant data and release information, participate in improvement plan.
• To push the engineering department to solve issue for quality abnormal issue in the inspection processes.
• Grasp the company’s standard and system documents, assist the departments to deal with the problems occurring during inspections.
• Supervise the quality team and check the 5S, and personnel clothing requirements.
• Supervision QC Line supervisor record report accordance with the actual situation, Summarize the reports every week, find problems, analyze and feedback in time, developing improvement measures.
• Organize management and process system training for QC line supervisor, meet the basic requirements of management work, Enhance management skills and management methods.
